Chicago hosted the DNC in August 2024, during which time multiple protests took place across the city to make demands upon the Democratic Party.
The photographs below were taken in the Loop on the eve of the DNC during the 'March for Bodies Outside Unjust Laws' demonstration. Several different activist groups came together as a united front, demanding action on reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and an end to the Israel-Hamas war and Palestinian genocide.
